PC-7 Pilatus-RNLAF
In years gone by, the Royal Netherlands Air Force entertained thousands of spectators with its precise and elegant demonstration of their training aircraft. This year, you can admire this famous aircraft in the static park at the International Sanicole Airshow: the PC-7.
The PC-7 is a powerful and agile turboprop trainer, built by the Swiss aircraft manufacturer Pilatus. Dutch PC-7s are equipped with modern avionics and instrumentation to provide a comprehensive training environment for pilots, ensuring they are well-prepared for the transition to advanced jet trainers and operational aircraft, before pilots continue their flight training in the United States.
The RNLAF has a fleet of 13 PC-7 aircraft. These aircraft are based at Woensdrecht Air Base in the southwest of the country, the primary location for pilot training activities.
Its crew will be delighted to meet you and talk about their aircraft on the ground during the International Sanicoler Airshow at Hechtel-Eksel.
