Glider
The Royal Belgian Air Cadets (RBAirC) is a youth organization aimed at promoting aviation and aerospace education among young people in Belgium. The program is designed to provide young enthusiasts with practical flying experience and theoretical knowledge in aviation.
Many air force pilots gained their first piloting experience at the controls of their ASK-13 gliders during summer camps and weekend activities. They fy mainly from the airfield at Weelde, in the province of Antwerp.
Candidates undergo a selection process that includes medical examinations, aptitude tests, and interviews to assess their suitability and motivation for the program.
