The easiest way to get to the Sanicole airshow is by bicycle. Especially for visitors living within a 15-kilometers radius of the event, cycling is the most convenient choice.

At the entrance, you will find ample guarded bicycle racks where you can safely leave your bike. There are no charging facilities available for bicycles or cars. Lockers (for rent) are also available near each public entrance (close to the restrooms). A Velotril recovery point will also be present. As a bonus, we have a surprise waiting for every cyclist!

There are two kiss & ride zones provided during the event.

• From the West, this zone is located at Leopoldsburg train station. From here, you can use the free shuttle bus that will take you directly to the entrance. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes to and from the airshow. On Saturday, the shuttle operates from 14:00 until 22:00. On Sunday, it runs from 07:00 until 19:00. Depending on traffic, the ride takes about 15 minutes.
• From the East (at Sanicole Parking B), you can be dropped off in Hechtel-Eksel, near the athletics track on Hasseltsebaan – intersection Hasseltsebaan/Diestersedijk. From there, you walk via Lupinestraat to the boarding point of the free shuttle buses. These buses will bring you back and forth to the entrance of the Sanicole site. On Saturday, the shuttle operates from 14:00 until 22:00. On Sunday, it runs from 07:00 until 19:00. Depending on traffic, the ride takes about 15 minutes.

Travel to the Sanicole Airshow by Event-Shuttle coach from 23 municipalities in Belgium. You can travel from your hometown to the entrance of the Sanicole Airshow and after the show we will bring you back home safely. More ample information is available here.

Travel to Leopoldsburg station by public transport. Plan your trip by public transport using the route planner of De Lijn or the NMBS.

Please note: visitors planning to travel by train from Antwerp should be aware that there may be changes to routes due to engineering works on the line.

From the station, a free shuttle bus will take you to the Sanicole Airshow. On Saturday, the shuttle bus runs from 2PM to 10PM. On Sunday, the shuttle runs from 7AM to 7PM.

If you come to the airshow by car, you have the choice of driving directly to the event car parks or to one of our park & bike locations from where you can cycle to the event. We will happily explain both options to you:

If you do come by car, be sure to buy your parking ticket in advance. On the parking ticket, you will find all information you need to find your parking space quickly, including a link for Waze and Google Maps, to ensure you'll be at your destination in no time!

This year, there are four visitor car parks for the airshow. These are automatically allocated based on the location from which you depart. Each car park has its own route to ensure traffic flows as smoothly as possible.

Three car parks are set up within walking distance of the event, for one car parc we will retain the shuttle bus, but it will follow a closed route that will take you to the airshow site in less than 10 minutes, and therefore no longer via the public road as was the case in previous editions.

For disabled persons who have a disabled card or have great difficulty walking, each of our 4 car parks has a separate area closer to the entrance. You should therefore indicate in the ticket shop that you have a disabled card and simply buy a parking ticket. If you are a wheelchair user, there is a separate car park from which you and a maximum of one companion will be brought to the entrance by special wheelchair transport. When buying your parking tickets, you need to indicate both that you have a disabled person's card and that you want wheelchair transport from the car park. It is very important that you buy this parking ticket in advance, because without it it is not possible to get to this car park on the day of the event.

A separate hard-surfaced parking is available for motorcycle visitors. Therefore, when purchasing a parking ticket in our ticket shop, you must indicate that you are coming by motorbike. Lockers (for rent) are also available near each public entrance (close to the restrooms).
