Flying clubs like Sanicole believe aviation should be within reach of everyone and during the International Sanicole Airshow, history quite literally rolls onto the flight line.

Step closer to a true aerobatic icon at the International Sanicole Airshow 2026. In the static display, you will find a beautifully crafted biplane that helped define sport aerobatics in the late 1970s: the Christen Eagle II.

Aerobatics were born alongside aviation itself, when daring pilots and purpose-built machines began testing the very limits of flight. Between the First and Second World War, a new breed of aircraft emerged, designed not just to fly, but to perform. At the International Sanicole Airshow 2026, the static display proudly features an American classic from this golden age: the Great Lakes 2T-1A-2.

To mark the 75th anniversary of 31 Tiger Squadron, the International Sanicole Airshow 2026 is turning up the stripes. Adding a bold splash of tiger spirit to the static display will be a rare and charismatic guest: the Dornier Do28 Skyservant, a former German military workhorse with a fierce look.

For the very first time, the International Sanicole Airshow is proud to welcome the Lithuanian Air Force to Hechtel-Eksel with a spectacular debut appearance in the static display: the impressive AS365 N3+ Dauphin helicopter.
