Parachute display team Jump Dogs
Make sure to catch another exhilarating part of aviation as the International Sanicole Airshow will highlight international cooperation between airborne forces with a Belgian parachute team and a team that will appear in Belgium for the first time: the Belgian Black Devils and the British civilian parachute display team Jump Dogs.
The team members have mostly gained their experience as former military parachutists, even as part of the British Red Devils, and together have over 150 years experience jumping out of aircraft. Each team member brings a wealth of experience, with backgrounds spanning the globe from the British Army Parachute Regiment all the way to New Zealand. These are seasoned professionals with hundreds, often thousands, of jumps under their belts, forged through both operational deployments and elite training. Their skill and discipline are matched only by their passion for sharing the thrill of skydiving with the public.
They have already appeared in several TV commercials and have been part of prestigious international sporting events, bringing additional excitement for the crowd. Besides their passion for daring maneuvers with close formation canopy-work or flag jumps, the team members also share a love for dogs, and most of the team members are very proud of their canine family members.
They will join the Belgian Black Devils in a stunning display of parachute precision when they jump from their Casa 212 for a patriotic flag-raising jump. The Black Devils are the elite parachute display team of the Belgian Army, based at the Para Training Center in Schaffen, near Diest. The team is composed of highly skilled paratroopers, often referred to as jumpmasters, who specialize in military freefall techniques. They aim to show off the rigorous training and discipline of the Belgian Army's airborne units.
So, follow the howl and admire the skills of the British Jump Dogs as they land in front of you during the International Sanicole Airshow 2025 at Hechtel-Eksel during the weekend of 13 & 14 September.
